Anthony Quinn's late own-goal denied Queen's Park their first victory of the season.
Albion Rovers went close through Ciaran Donnelly who dragged his shot wide.
Queen's Park took a deserved lead on 35 minutes when Lee Davison was on hand to slot home a pinpoint Sean Burns cross.
But the away side were stronger in the second half and after Mark McGuigan was denied by the post they got their equaliser with two minutes left when Quinn beat his own goalkeeper.
