FA commission 'lacks diversity'
Football Association boss Greg Dyke's England commission has received fierce criticism from board member Heather Rabbatts for a "lack of diversity".
Jamaican-born Rabbatts, 57, wrote to chairman Dyke and fellow board members to criticise the all-white, all-male commission to improve the England team.
"The opportunity to lead an informed debate on the future of English players has been singularly damaged," she said.
"I've come to the conclusion the FA's current position is not sustainable."
