Grouville saw off St Paul's 4-2 in Jersey's Zenith Cup final in a match short on quality, but full of incident.
They took a 2-1 lead into the break after goals from Lara Couvert and a Lisa McLaughlin penalty.
St Paul's levelled at 2-2 through Eve Watson's close-range effort, but a second McLaughlin spot-kick and Louise Van der Vliet's tap-in secured the win.
Defender Paula Alves was sent off for St Paul's in injury time for a dangerous tackle.
