Newport County's League Two match against Oxford United has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
It is the second consecutive game that has been postponed at Rodney Parade, with the match against AFC Wimbledon called off for the same reason.
Work to improve drainage under the ground's pitch could not be finished before the start of the season and is scheduled to be completed in May.
Rugby sides Newport Gwent Dragons and Newport RFC also play at the ground.
