Yeovil must assess the fitness of midfielder Ed Upson, who went off with an ankle injury in last Saturday's 5-1 Championship defeat at Huddersfield.

Czech keeper Marek Stech, who was also substituted against the Terriers, has returned to training and is fit.

Leyton Orient defender Scott Cuthbert is available again after suspension.

Goalkeeper Jamie Jones (back) and strikers David Mooney (foot) and Shaun Batt (hamstring) will miss the trip to Huish Park.

Midfielder Romain Vincelot picked up a knee knock in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Wolves at Molineux, but the postponement of the New Year's Day clash with Bristol City has given him extra time to recover.

Yeovil also have the benefit of a few extra days' rest, their home New Year's Day Championship meeting with Watford also having been called off because of a waterlogged pitch.

Orient manager Russell Slade spent two and a half years in charge of the Somerset side, losing in the League One play-off final in 2007 and eventually leaving the club in February 2009.

VIEW FROM THE TRAINING GROUND

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade told BBC London 94.9:

"You don't want to go back to your old clubs and not get a positive result.

"I got them to the play-off final and for Gary Johnson to go one step further is a marvellous achievement. They are finding life hard in the Championship, but they were always going to.

"The most important thing for them will be to finish fourth from bottom and stay in the league.

"When you go to Yeovil you need to have the right mindset because you can get carried away going to a club in the middle of the countryside where it is very laid-back. You can be lured in if you are not careful.

"The problem we have at the minute is we are a bit stretched for bodies. That is a greater concern than the pitch conditions.

"The situation we have got ourselves in this season [third in League One] means that will remain a top priority, but if we can have a good Cup run that will be fantastic."
