Match ends, Burton Albion 2, Fleetwood Town 4.
Fleetwood scored all six goals in a thrilling game with promotion rivals Burton, running out 4-2 victors at a wet Pirelli Stadium.
After rain delayed kick-off by an hour, David Ball opened the scoring for the visitors from 15 yards before Mark Roberts' own goal levelled proceedings.
Soon after, Nathan Pond's header put the Cod Army ahead, but Alex Marrow's slice into his own net made it 2-2.
But Jon Parkin and Junior Brown converted to give Fleetwood victory.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Burton Albion boss Gary Rowett told BBC Radio Derby:
"Well I think first and foremost, that was by far the best Fleetwood have played against us this season and they made it very, very difficult for us.
"The first half was a little bit disappointing. I just didn't think we got onto the ball enough and made it as difficult as we could have done. Then we conceded poor goals at poor times.
"I have to be honest I thought it was a clear foul for the second goal. There was a push in Ian Sharps' back and I have to say I'm very disappointed in that decision.
"Then we get back in at 2-2. We had one or two chances I felt we should have made a bit more. We had all the pressure at that point and they were looking to just hit us on the counter."
