Connor Hughes missed a golden chance to equalise, before Justin Richards doubled the lead when goalkeeper Chris Kettings misjudged a long ball.
Hughes was then twice denied by Cameron Belford, and Chadwick made it 3-0 when his shot bounced and evaded Kettings.
Dale Belford's men are just one point behind Chester in 20th, who lost at Forest Green and have played two more matches.
