Carlisle United 3-0 Milton Keynes Dons

Carlisle returned to form after a run of four straight defeats as they secured a convincing win over MK Dons.

Chris Long and Ben Reeves both had decent efforts saved by Carlisle keeper Greg Fleming early on, before the home side took control.

James Berrett's probing free-kick was steered in by Lee Miller and David Amoo set up Brad Potts to slide home for a 2-0 half-time lead.

And Amoo made sure of the points as he headed in from Berrett's corner.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

MK Dons manager Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio:

"I've got to stand up and be counted as well, don't think it's just the players. I feel sorry for the fans who have come all this way up to Carlisle.

"The first 20 minutes were abysmal. No style, nothing.

"The players have no excuses. I've just said to them, they've got their individual meetings tomorrow and some of them will be told they've played their last game for me.

"We've got to use some of that money to build this team, because if we don't we'll be struggling."
