East Fife 1-3 Dunfermline Athletic

Ross Forbes and Danny Grainger scored on their debuts as Dunfermline beat East Fife.

Home goalkeeper Greg Paterson saved a Forbes penalty in the fourth minute after Gary Naysmith had handled in the box, but Forbes scored from close range in the 44th minute.

Ryan Wallace doubled the Pars' lead before Grainger scored two minutes later.

East Fife pulled one back in 78 minutes when Paul Willis drilled in a shot.
