Wales will play the Netherlands in a World Cup warm-up game in Amsterdam on Wednesday, 4 June.
The Netherlands, who were beaten by Spain in the 2010 World Cup final, will play Wales as part of their build up to Brazil 2014.
Chris Coleman's Wales are one of three sides who are part of the Dutch's preparations for the tournament.
"I could not ask for a better game for my squad at the end of the season," Coleman said.
"Everyone knows and respects the Dutch style of play and this will give us a great opportunity to measure ourselves against one of the top sides - not only in Europe - but the world."
Louis van Gaal's side will also play Ecuador in Amsterdam on May 17 and Ghana in Rotterdam two weeks later.
Wales have failed to beat the Dutch in six previous meetings and lost 2-0 against the Oranje in Rotterdam in June 2008.
Coleman's side, who drew their last friendly 1-1 with Finland in Cardiff back in November 2013, host Iceland in a friendly on 5 March.
