Northern Ireland Under-21 international Rory Donnelly has joined Coventry City on loan for the rest of the season.
Donnelly has been with Swansea City for the last two years, although he has yet to play for them in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old shot to prominence as a gifted goal scorer with Belfast club Cliftonville in the Irish League.
City manager Steven Pressley said he was pleased to secure the services of Donnelly and predicted a bright future for the player.
"We believe Rory has fantastic potential and will add a lot of quality to our group," said Pressley on the Coventry City website.
"We are delighted to bring him in on loan until the end of the season and it is a huge boost to the squad. I believe our style of play will suit him."
Meanwhile, Cliftonville have signed Kilmarnock midfielder Jude Winchester on loan for the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign.
If his international clearance comes through in time, the 20-year-old Belfast-born player will be eligible to make his Reds debut in Saturday's Premiership match against his former club Linfield.
