The Confederation of African Football (Caf) has announced that the 2014 Caf Super Cup will now take place on Thursday 20 February at the Air Defence Stadium in Cairo.
The one-off match pits the 2013 African Champions League winners, Al Ahly of Egypt against the 2013 Caf Confederation Cup winners, CS Sfaxien of Tunisia.
The fixture was initially scheduled for Saturday 22 February at the Cairo International Stadium.
Caf says its Executive Committee took the decision to move the match on organisational grounds.
It will be the second meeting between the two clubs after the 2009 edition of the Super Cup, which Ahly won 2-1 in Cairo.
Ahly are the most successful club in the history of the Caf Super Cup with five titles, whilst Sfaxien have twice been runners-up.
