East Stirlingshire beat Annan Athletic to move to within a point of the second-place side in Scottish League Two.

Maxwell Wright fired Shire ahead but Scott Davidson's penalty following a foul by goalkeeper Grant Hay levelled matters.

Andrew Mitchell put the hosts ahead for the first time but David Greenhill netted a second for East Stirling.

And Nathan Shepherd found space inside the box to score Shire's winner.
