Stranraer slumped to their second heavy defeat in a week with a four-goal mauling at home to 10-man Forfar.
Dale Hilson put the visitors ahead after only seven minutes, but the Loons lost Darren Dods 16 minutes later for a rash challenge on David McKenna.
Yet they doubled their lead through Omar Kadar's cool 35th-minute finish.
Martyn Fotheringham's 60th-minute penalty and Gavin Swankie's powerful finish from a Hilson pass ensured a defeat for the third-top Blues.
The win takes Forfar into fifth in the League One table, within three points of fourth-placed Ayr United, who thumped Stranraer 5-0 on Saturday, and the promotion play-off places.
