An own goal by Dougie Hill put the Bairns ahead but John Baird headed Raith level.
Callum Booth's penalty gave the hosts the lead but David McCracken levelled before half-time from close range.
And second-half strikes by Rory Loy and Mark Millar, the latter a free-kick, secured all three points for the visitors.
