Alex Wall's superb last-minute strike earned lowly Dartford a deserved point at play-off-chasing Cambridge United.
The striker, on loan from league leaders Luton, curled an unstoppable shot into the top corner after the ball broke on the edge of the box.
Tom Elliott put the U's ahead against the run of play as he bravely nodded in Mitch Austin's pinpoint cross.
The Darts, who dominated long periods, also saw Jim Stevenson curl a fine shot just over and Max Cornhill head wide.
The result means Richard Money's men slip to third in the Conference Premier table while Dartford remain five points from safety.
