Dagenham & Redbridge dented Oxford United's play-off hopes after Luke Howell scored a last-gasp winner.
Howell's strike from the edge of the area hit the U's Andrew Whing before looping over Ryan Clarke and into the net, following a deflection off the Daggers' player's knee.
The visitors should have been ahead after Josh Ruffels' cross found Ryan Williams, but he blazed over.
James Constable also went close for the U's, before Howell's late winner.
The U's are now seventh, level on points with promotion-chasing York, while the Daggers move to within five points of the play-off places.
