The New Saints 2-1 Bala Town: Matty Williams scored the opening goal for the The New Saints after 16 minutes at Airbus UK's Airfield ground in Broughton.

Bala's Connall Murtagh levelled the score nine minutes but Jamie Mullan won the tie for Craig Harrison's side on 33 minutes.

Aberystwyth Town 3-1 Holywell Town: Aberystwyth Town came from behind to secure their place in the Welsh Cup final and end Holywell's remarkable run at Newtown's Latham Park.

Wales Alliance division one side Holywell, the first team from the third tier of Welsh football to reach the semi-finals, took the lead through Graeme Williams' 13th minute goal.

Craig Williams equalised two minutes at the end of the first half before two goals in the final eight minutes from Chris Venables and Geoff Kellaway secured Aber's place in the final on 3 May.
