Crystal Palace striker Marouane Chamakh may be fit to face Cardiff on Saturday after missing the last four games.
The Morocco international has been sidelined by a hamstring injury but manager Tony Pulis is hoping to play him in the relegation crunch match.
"Chamakh has trained all week and he looks ready to go," Pulis said.
"Whether we start him or whether he is on the bench, we will have to wait and see. It is a decision we will make closer to the game."
Palace are two places and five points above Cardiff, who are 18th and in the drop zone, and having Chamakh back would be a major boost for the Londoners.
"He has been outstanding for us, he has been the player that gives us something different," said Pulis of the 30-year-old who joined the club last summer from Arsenal and has scored six goals.
"Chamakh is important to us. He has got tremendous technical ability and can open the door for us."
