The Football Association of Wales (FAW) have announced a new format for next season's Word Cup which will include four wildcard entries.
Competition organisers have invited clubs to contact the FAW to stake a claim for one of the available places.
The FAW will announce the wildcard entries in June.
The four successful teams will join the 12 Welsh Premier teams and six each from the Welsh League and Cymru Alliance in the 2014-2015 competition.
"It gives the Level 2 clubs a great chance to battle against our Welsh Premier teams," said the FAW's Head of Competitions Andrew Howard.
"The innovation of four wildcards allows any clubs, geographically located in Wales, the opportunity to enter this new and exciting competition."
"The new format - confirmed by the WPL Panel also makes the competition more interesting for our supporters and sponsors."
Carmarthen Town beat Bala Town 3-1 on penalties to win this season's Word Cup, their second successive title.
