World Cup 2014: Mitroglou & Samaras in Greece squad

Greece have named Fulham's Konstantinos Mitroglou in their 23-man World Cup squad but three other strikers from the provisional squad have been dropped.
The 26-year-old, who joined the Cottagers for £11m in January, played 120 minutes as they were relegated.
Fulham team-mate Giorgos Karagounis, the Greece captain with 132 caps, was also named in the squad.
Forward Georgios Samaras, who is leaving Celtic this summer, was the other Britain-based player selected.
From the provisional squad, strikers Dimitris Papadopoulos of Atromitos, PAOK's Stefanos Athanasiadis and Nikolaos Karelis of Panathinaikos have all been left out by coach Fernando Santos.
Olympiakos's Avraam Papadopoulos has failed to overcome injury, while defender Nikolaos Karabelas, goalkeeper Alexandros Tzorvas and midfielder Kostas Fortounis have been dropped.
They face Colombia, Ivory Coast and Japan in Group C.

Defenders: Kostas Manolas, Giannis Maniatis, Jose Holebas (all Olympiakos), Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Borussia Dortmund), Giorgios Tzavellas (PAOK), Loukas Vyntra (Levante), Vasilis Torosidis (Roma), Vangelis Moras (Verona).
Midfielders: Alexandros Tziolis (Kayserispor), Andreas Samaris (Olympiakos), Kostas Katsouranis (PAOK), Giorgos Karagounis (Fulham), Panagiotis Tachtsidis (Torino), Ioannis Fetfatzidis (Genoa), Lazaros Christodoulopoulos (Bologna), Panagiotis Kone (Bologna).
Forwards: Dimitris Salpingidis (PAOK), Georgios Samaras (Celtic), Konstantinos Mitroglou (Fulham), Theofanis Gekas (Konyaspor).
