Ronnie Moore given one-month suspended ban and fined £2,000

Former Tranmere Rovers manager Ronnie Moore has been given a one-month suspended ban and fined £2,000 by the Football Association in relation to betting offences.

The 61-year-old was found guilty at a personal hearing, granted after admitting breaches in relation to Rule E8(b) of the FA's regulationsexternal-link in April.

Moore was sacked by Tranmere after pleading guilty to the charges

His ban will be suspended for two years and he has the right to appeal.
