Reigning Irish Premiership champions Cliftonville will begin the defence of their crown with a home game against Glentoran on Saturday, 9 August.
Meanwhile new Linfield manager Warren Feeney will take charge of the Blues for the first time in a league game against Portadown at Shamrock Park.
Irish Cup winners Glenavon host Crusaders while promoted side Institute travel to take on Dungannon Swifts.
Ballymena entertain Warrenpoint Town and Coleraine host Ballinamallard.
The first set of midweek fixtures are scheduled to take place on Wednesday 13 August, with Cliftonvillle away to Portadown and Glentoran at home to Belfast rivals Linfield.
Ballymena United, Cliftonville, Linfield and Portadown will have home advantage in their respective traditional Boxing Day derby fixtures.
Because of ongoing reconstruction work at Windsor Park, Linfield are set to play their first seven matches away from home, with their first home fixture scheduled to be against Warrenpoint Town on 13 September.
Each club will play 33 matches before the league again splits into a top six and bottom six at the end of March.
The publication of the fixtures for the Premiership, Championship One and Championship Two divisions comes the day after agreement was reached over proposals to overhaul the local game.
Danske Bank have been confirmed as sponsors of the Premiership for a third consecutive season.
