Goalkeeper Jon Stewart has re-joined Alfreton Town on a one-year deal after two previous loan spells with the Conference Premier club.
The 25-year-old spent last season with Worksop Town in the seventh tier of English football after being released by Burnley in 2013.
Stewart, who was sacked by Bournemouth in 2011, failed to make a senior appearance for Burnley.
However, he did start 27 league matches for Alfreton on loan in that time.
In his first 11-match spell in the 2011-12 season, Stewart helped the club maintain its Conference Premier status.
"When he first came to us he did a fantastic job for the club," Alfreton boss Nicky Law told the club website.
"Unfortunately, the second time wasn't quite as good as Jon was in something of a bad place as he didn't know where his future lay [with Burnley].
"We are really pleased to have Jon back. He was one I thought about last year and we have been keen on him for some time."
