Alfreton Town have signed midfielder Jake Sheridan on a one-year deal following his release by Conference Premier rivals Lincoln City.
The 27-year-old made 90 league appearance for the Imps after initially joining the club on loan from Eastwood Town in 2011.
"He is a fit lad, quite a dynamic player and that suits our criteria," said Alfreton manager Nicky Law.
"He is another player that has got plenty of experience at this level."
Sheridan, who played 32 matches for Lincoln last term, started his career at Notts County before joining Tamworth in 2008.
He is the second player Law has added to the Reds squad this week following former Burnley goalkeeper Jon Stewart.
