John Akinde lashed home a corner to make it 1-0 before setting up Cook to fire into the bottom corner.
Cook scored his second when he found the bottom right corner from outside the penalty area with a low shot.
He completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot when Mathew Mitchell-King barged Luke Gambin over in the box.
