Match ends, Derby County 1, Charlton Athletic 0.

Substitute Ivan Calero crashed in a late winner as Derby County beat Charlton Athletic to move into the third round of the Capital One Cup.
The Rams created the better chances throughout, with Leon Best and Jeff Hendrick going close in the first half.
Charlton barely threatened although Johann Gudmundsson almost scored with a curling free-kick.
But with extra time looming, debutant Calero found the roof of the net after a run from fellow sub Chris Martin.
Martin beat three men and showed great awareness to find Calero inside the area for the standout moment in a match that lacked goalmouth incident.

The Rams are unbeaten in six games against the Addicks at home | Derby have reached the second round in three consecutive seasons |
The Rams, who hammered Fulham 5-1 on Saturday, had the better opportunities in a tight first half.
Hendrick created the first, cutting the ball inside to Best, who forced a good save from goalkeeper Nick Pope with a shot from the edge of the area after a neat turn.
The best chance of the opening period came following a corner, Hendrick volleying wide after a knock-down from Richard Keogh.
Charlton, who beat Derby 3-2 in the Championship last week, fielded a weakened line-up and lacked conviction in the final third.
George Tucudean went closest for the Addicks, forcing a good block from Keogh, and Gudmundsson almost caught out keeper Lee Grant late on with a cute free-kick from a narrow angle.
But the introduction of Martin and youngsters Calero and Alefe Santos gave the hosts fresh impetus and Calero netted from 12 yards after brilliant work from Martin.
Derby host Championship rivals Reading in the third round.
Derby head coach Steve McClaren:
"These under-21 boys have been doing well.
"We talk about recruitment being important for the first team but it's very important that we get an under-21 development team of quality as well because we are playing top teams.
"Our under-21 squad is very good and they deserved a chance. With 20 minutes to go I thought 'let's open this game up' because no one wanted extra time and it was a fitting end for us and I'm delighted Ivan stepped up for us."
Charlton manager Bob Peeters:
"I'm disappointed with the way we have been beaten, if they rip us apart you can give them a round of applause but I'm unhappy with the way we lost.
"But Derby are a very good side and I wish them all the luck now in the Capital One Cup.
"I'm very proud of what my team showed and I give compliments to my players because they proved they are working very hard and know what we want."
