Two goals from Woking's front men condemned Wrexham to their second defeat of the season at the Racecourse.
Scott Rendell's spectacular 25-yard curler gave the visitors the lead against the run of play.
The Dragons struck back before the break when Louis Moult fired the ball into the bottom right hand corner from inside the box.
Dean Morgan sealed the win, rifling home from the edge of the six-yard box following a mazy run.
Woking manager Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:
"It's a big result because we came here confident. We've been playing well this season and we remain unbeaten.
"To be honest I was quite relieved to come in at 1-1 at half-time, but we had a chat and I thought the second half there was a completely different Woking.
"It is about the team and the squad. We have 16 or 17 players providing there are not injuries and if we play the way we can we are a good match for anyone."
