Veteran striker Jon Parkin scored a late equaliser to earn Forest Green a point against Eastleigh.
James Norwood tucked away Parkin's through-ball to give the away side the lead but Eastleigh levelled quickly when Jack Midson put in a rebound.
Forest Green spurned a few chances before the hosts made it 2-1 when James Constable scored a well-placed header.
Parkin denied the hosts three points, having a header cleared off the line before scoring with a low free-kick.
Forest Green manager Ady Pennock told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:
"I thought we controlled the whole of the first half, but then they obviously had a rollocking from their manager and threw the ball forward.
"We conceded two goals, but showed a lot of character to nick a point.
"If we'd have gone home with nothing it would have been an injustice.
"We played well and it's a good point away from home."
