The only goal came midway through the second half when Jordan Brown drove a free kick into the bottom-right corner past goalkeeper Richie Barnard.
Revived by their first win against Berwick last week, the Black and Golds preserved their lead with confidence.
And David Hopkirk and Robin Omar had chances to add to the visitors' lead late in the game.
