Ryan Higgins: AFC Telford sign ex-Birmingham and Everton defender

AFC Telford United have signed former Birmingham City full-back Ryan Higgins.

The 20-year-old joined Blues following his release by Everton in 2013, but did not play a first-team game and left St Andrew's in the summer.

His only professional appearance came while
