Blackpool have signed winger Andre Blackman and midfielder Formose Mendy on season-long deals, which have the option of a further year.
Former Arsenal and Spurs youngster Blackman, 23, had spells with Plymouth, Dover and Maidenhead last term, following his release by Celtic.
"I have to work hard now and show the manager I'm ready to play a part at Blackpool," he told the club website.
Guinea-Bissau international Mendy, 25, was most recently with Sporting Gijon.
Blackpool are bottom of the Championship and have yet to win a game this season.
