Gavin Massey scored both goals as Colchester claimed their first home win of the season against Fleetwood.
Liam McAlinden put the visitors ahead early on when he lifted the ball over goalkeeper Sam Walker following Steven Schumacher's long pass.
Colchester equalised before half-time when Freddie Sears' pass released Massey, who slotted the ball in at the near post.
And Sean Clohessy then set up Massey, who shot home to seal the victory.
