A second-half winner from Sean Winter maintained Stranraer's unbeaten run as Brechin City were beaten at home.
Stranraer took the lead shortly before the half-hour mark when Frank McKeown headed in Jackson Longridge's corner.
William Gibson hit the post for Stranraer but they were pegged back when Robert Thomson slotted in.
Winter immediately hit the post at the other end before he finally headed home from Chris Aitken's cross to secure the three points.
