Match ends, Rotherham United 3, Fulham 3.
Fulham scored a last-minute equaliser as they came from behind three times to earn a thrilling draw against Rotherham at the New York Stadium.
Rotherham led when Paul Taylor's effort deflected in off Alex Revell, but Ross McCormack levelled from the spot.
Jonson Clarke-Harris restored the Millers' lead, a strike cancelled out by Cauley Woodrow's long-range drive.
Nikolay Bodurov's own goal looked set to give Rotherham the win, until Dan Burn pounced with a late header.
The dramatic climax was an apt end to a game full of fine attacking play, a reflection of the improved form both sides have produced in recent weeks.
Rotherham, buoyed by an unbeaten run of three games, started brightly and were ahead just before the half-hour mark when Taylor's effort struck Revell on its way past Fulham keeper Marcus Bettinelli, who complained about a possible offside.
But Fulham have been a different side since caretaker manager Kit Symons replaced Felix Magath, winning three of their previous four games, and they hit back from the penalty spot after George Williams was brought down by Lee Frecklington.
Ten minutes after half-time Rotherham restored their lead when Clarke-Harris acrobatically beat Bettinelli from close range.
That advantage did not last long, as England Under-21 striker Woodrow scored with a left-footed effort from outside the box.
Rotherham appeared set to take all three points when Ben Pringle's effort deflected off Bodurov and squirmed past Bettinelli, but Fulham skipper Burn converted in the dying stages to earn a point for the Cottagers, who remain in the relegation zone on goal difference.
Rotherham manager Steve Evans: "If you score three goals at home you should win.
"We got ourselves in winning positions on three occasions and we have not been torn apart, we have encouraged them to score a goal.
"We are disappointed. We respect Fulham, they have got an array of talent, but we fear none of them.
"I thought we would win tonight. In the second half I couldn't ask any more other than we defend a set-piece better in the 90th minute."
Fulham caretaker manager Kit Symons: "I want the job, that's not going to change, hopefully I will get it soon.
"Until I am told otherwise, I will keep my head down and keep working hard. I am loving every minute of it and long may it last.
"There have been good discussions, I am trying to get my views across to the owner and he has been asking pertinent questions.
"Hopefully I can get across the way I want the football club to be run and be organised."
