Falkirk were held to a goalless draw by Livingston, who climbed off the bottom of the Scottish Championship table.

Livi goalkeeper Darren Jamieson made a superb double save from Alex Cooper and David Smith after 11 minutes to deny the dominant Bairns in the first half.

The visitors improved after the break, as Falkirk's Luke Leahy blocked a Burton O'Brien effort and Michael McKenna and Gary Glen went close.

And Falkirk's Will Vaulks had a header cleared off the line by Kyle Jacobs.
