Georgi Kondratiev has resigned as Belarus coach following a 3-1 defeat by Slovakia in Euro 2016 qualification.
Monday's loss in Borisov left Belarus with one point from their first three Group C fixtures after a 1-1 draw with Luxembourg and 2-0 defeat by Ukraine.
"As we did not get a result, the coach has to leave. I promised that and I'll resign," the 54-year-old, who has been Belarus boss since 2011, told Uefa.com.
The Belarus FA confirmed the departure in a statement on its website.
