Queens moved into the lead on the half-hour when Iain Russell headed in Daniel Carmichael's deflected shot.
Gavin Reilly converted John Baird's delivery from close range to double the visitors' lead midway through the second half.
But shots by Daniel Mullen and Gary Glen rescued a point for John McGlynn's side.
