Match ends, Wigan Athletic 3, Fulham 3.
Wigan and Fulham played out a thrilling draw at the DW Stadium which ended with both sides reduced to 10 men.
Adam Forshaw's penalty put Wigan ahead but Lasse Vigen Christensen and Bryan Ruiz scored to send Fulham in front.
Roger Espinoza equalised soon after half-time and Fulham's Ross McCormack was then sent off for a second booking.
Shaun Maloney put Wigan ahead once more and Leon Barnett then saw red for tripping Hugo Rodallega in the box, allowing to Ruiz score a late penalty.
The result means Wigan move up to 18th in the table while Fulham stay 20th, three points off the relegation zone.
Callum McManaman was tripped in the box by Konstantinos Stafylidis inside the first 10 minutes to allow Forshaw to convert Wigan's first penalty in their last three attempts.
But Fulham were level on the half-hour mark when Christensen held off Barnett and took it round Scott Carson before slotting home.
Carson then kept out a low shot from Rodallega but had no chance 10 minutes before half time as Ruiz chested home from a yard after a cross from the Championship's record signing McCormack.
Wigan started the second half the better and were rewarded when Honduras international Espinoza blasted them level from 25 yards.
McCormack was cautioned for a needless late tackle on James Tavernier with 20 minutes left and was in receipt of a second yellow five minutes later after a flare-up with James McClean.
Uwe Rosler sent on Maloney with 10 minutes to go and the Scot scored with his first touch to give Wigan what looked to be the winning goal.
But with five minutes left Rodallega was tripped inside the box by Barnett, earning the centre-back a straight red card and allowing Ruiz to calmly seal a point from the penalty spot.
Wigan boss Uwe Rosler: "We should have got the three points. When you go into the lead inside the last 10 minutes, you should win the game.
"But there was no pressure on the ball, we stayed high and let people in get behind us.
"At this level you shouldn't be talking about making mistakes like that.
"The good thing is we came back from behind like we did at Derby last week. We have more grit in the side and we are mentally stronger than we were."
Fulham boss Kit Symons: "There are two ways of looking at the result. To be 2-1 up at half-time leaves you a little bit disappointed not to win the game.
"But to be 3-2 down and a man light inside the last 10 minutes, you'd take a point, so that's what we'll be focusing on.
"I don't think I'll last too long (as a manager) if they're all like that.
"The three things I always talk about are trust, honesty and belief, and they were there in abundance today."
