Barnet: Ex-Oxford manager Gary Waddock joins coaching staff
Former QPR, Aldershot Town, Wycombe Wanderers and Oxford United manager Garry Waddock has joined the coaching staff at Conference side Barnet.
The 52-year-old has been out of work since being sacked by the U's in July.
Waddock had been working with the Bees on a casual basis since pre-season, but has now agreed a rolling month-to-month contract at The Hive.
Barnet, who are managed by Martin Allen, are currently nine points clear at the top of the Conference.
Waddock spent time at QPR, Millwall, Bristol Rovers and Luton Town during his playing days and represented the Republic of Ireland at international level.

"Martin and I have known each other for a long time and he invited me in at first to get myself back onto the training ground and get a smile back on my face," Waddock told the Barnet website.
"He has been first-class so it is nice that I can work alongside him.
"The players and Martin have started this season off really well and put themselves in a good position so confidence amongst the group is very high."
