Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is facing a spell on the sidelines with a "very serious calf injury".
Bosnia-Herzegovina team doctor Reuf Karabeg said Dzeko, 28, would miss Sunday's Euro 2016 qualifier in Israel.
The injury forced Dzeko off just four minutes after replacing Fernandinho during Saturday's 2-2 draw at QPR.

"It's a very serious injury and requires the kind of treatment whose time-frame rules out a quick return," Karabeg told the Bosnian FA website.
Dzeko has scored four goals in 17 appearances for Manuel Pellegrini's side this season but he has now gone eight games without finding the net.
