MK Dons manager Karl Robinson has been charged by the Football Association for using "abusive and/or insulting words towards an opposition player" in the game against Bradford on 16 September.
It is further alleged to be an "aggravated breach" of FA Rule E3 as it included a reference to nationality.
Robinson's side lost the League One match 2-1, with Aaron Mclean and Billy Clarke scoring for the Bantams.
The 34-year-old has until 18:00 GMT on 24 November to respond to the charge.
