Dover stretched their unbeaten run in all competitions to nine games with a narrow win over Gateshead.
Stefan Payne got his third goal of the week when he drilled his finish into the top corner to put Dover ahead.
The home side equalised when Alex Rodman fired home from 18 yards for his fifth goal of the season.
However, Sean Francis wrapped up the win when he headed in Nicky Deverdics' right-wing cross. Gateshead are now four points off the play-off places.
