Portsmouth loan signing Lee Holmes is confident he has put fitness problems behind him after working with a biomechanical expert.
Winger Holmes, who recently arrived on loan from Preston, had a number of injuries earlier in his career.
The 27-year-old told BBC Radio Solent: "I've got an unbelievable guy in Nottingham who has helped me sort my core out and put a few things to bed.
"He has got me into a position where I am confident with my body."
Holmes continued: "He's a biomechanics guy so he pretty much looks at everything.
"Since I met him he has looked at everything on me and sorted me out, so I'm thankful he's been able to do that. For the last two-and-a-half years, I've been in good form."
Holmes made 43 appearances for Pompey's local rivals Southampton between 2008 and 2012 before eventually being released.
However, since joining Preston in the summer of 2012, he has played 76 times, including his debut for Portsmouth on Saturday.
