Bolton Wanderers: Emile Heskey training at Championship side
Former England striker Emile Heskey is training with Bolton Wanderers, BBC Radio Manchester reports.
The 36-year-old, capped 62 times, is a free agent after his release by Australian side Newcastle Jets.
The former Leicester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Wigan Athletic and Aston Villa forward had been linked with a return to the Foxes, but it was dismissed by boss Nigel Pearson.
Heskey played with Bolton manager Neil Lennon for four years at Leicester.
After sending striker Jermaine Beckford to Preston on loan, the Trotters are looking at reinforcements up front, with former Chelsea and Barcelona forward Eidur Gudjohnsen also training at the club.
