Paddy Madden's second-half strike for Scunthorpe was again disallowed, before substitute Adelakun's angled shot beat keeper Jordan Pickford.

Robins on Bradford v Scunthorpe

"I think it was deserved and I think had we come away and not got anything we would have felt a little bit aggrieved.

"The second-half performance was really want you want us to be about. We were attacking and at will we created all sorts of chances, opportunities that we took and then the keeper made last-ditch saves.

"Had we come away and not got anything from it we would have been scratching our heads.

"I think the lads deserve credit because it's been a real tough week. I thought we were excellent value for at least a point and it feels like a win."
