All you're saying between the lines is it was a very hurting experience, really.
United have:
- one of the best goalkeepers in the world;
- Di Maria, Rooney, RvP, Falcao;
- spent close to £200m rebuilding the squad;
- planning another £150m allegedly, to complete rebuilding;
- a full house in every match, in the biggest stadium in England owned by a club;
- 3rd in EPL.
Cheers -

on 16 Dec 2014 10:17What people haven't mentions is the only difference between Man U and Liverpool on Sunday was one team knew how to score and the other didnt'. Liverpool had more chances and more shots on target and a more clinical team would have done Man U, so yes Liverpool are toothless but Man U title hopes, NO, they huff and puff and im sure if Rooney and Van Persie both get injured they too will struggle

on 16 Dec 2014 10:13time to close this HYS.
Loserpool are now back in their box & talk of "it's our year..don't let this slip" consigned to history/joke books!
United must sort out defence/passing & then move to next level.
LFC can worry about how to fill those new seats.
They can maybe get some tips from citeh who will have same problem soon! -

Watching United these days is like watching Arsenal of recent years:
- looking a roller-coaster against decent opposition;
- looking strong attacking and weak defending against lesser opposition;
- looking unlikely to win against Chelsea and City.
Stop kidding yourselves.
United need to sort out the entire defending structure.
Only then we'll look strong. -

on 16 Dec 2014 10:04Ballotelli did cause Utd a few problems when he came on. I thought he was unlucky, Evans couldn't keep pace anyway.

on 16 Dec 2014 09:56You have to question Brendan Rogers for bringing Balatelli. Jose Mourinho called him a nut case, Roberto Mancini sold him for 21M and Milan couldn't wait to get rid of him. He screws up the dressing room and then there's no team spirit. Simple really.

on 16 Dec 2014 09:56There is far to much information and banter coming out of Liverpool FC.
We need to get back to the days of keeping things in house, giving the minimum of information to the media and sticking together without talk of contracts why we dropped him or him or Super Mario. Its all right Brendan being media friendly they will get you in the end mate. Say nowt and get back to winning football matches.
