Rochdale manager Keith Hill and his assistant Chris Beech have signed new contracts to keep them with the League One club until the summer of 2018.
Hill, 45, returned for a second spell in charge of Dale in January 2013 and his side are currently sixth in the third tier after promotion last term.
Beech, 40, has been his number two since May last year.
"What we've achieved makes me proud and it makes my family proud as well," former Barnsley manager Hill said.
"The DNA of this football club is part of my family.
"The football club is run by people who have the same values and family values that I have. It makes me immensely proud of what we've achieved and what the players have achieved."
The pair's contracts had been due to run out in the summer of 2016.
Rochdale are currently on a four-match unbeaten run and sit in the League One play-off places, above Notts County on goal difference, ahead of their Boxing Day trip to Scunthorpe.
Beech, who had been youth-team coach before being promoted to assistant, added: "This contract will take me past 10 years of consecutive service at the club and I'm very grateful for the opportunities that Rochdale have offered me."
