Bristol Rovers came from behind to earn a point against Torquay United but slipped further behind leaders Barnet.
Visiting defender Angus MacDonald brought down Ellis Harrison to concede an 82nd-minute penalty, and was also sent off for his second yellow card.
And Rovers top scorer Matty Taylor kept his nerve to hammer home from the spot.
The Gulls, now without a win in three games, had taken an early lead when Duane Ofori-Acheampong stabbed in a Tom Cruise cross - his sixth of the season.
Taylor, who has now scored nine goals this season, and Nathan Blissett had chances to draw level before the break, but the home side's sustained second-half pressure was finally rewarded to keep Rovers in second in the table.
Backing up their 2-1 win over the Gulls on Boxing Day and Sunday's 4-0 win at home to Macclesfield, it stretches their unbeaten Conference Premier run to 12 matches.
