Jordan Chapell's last goal was the quickest in Torquay's history when he scored after 18 seconds against Portsmouth in October 2013

Andi Thanoj's stoppage-time equaliser extended Torquay's winless streak in the Conference Premier to five games.

Jordan Chapell's first goal for 14-and-a-half months put the Gulls ahead as he slid the ball home from the edge of the box, after Jordan Seabright's clearance caused defensive confusion.

Toby Ajala missed a great chance to win it in injury time when he went for goal instead of passing to Ryan Bowman.

And Alfreton took advantage as Thanoj's 35-yard strike earned a point.
